Why we built NSFW Chat the way we did
Honestly? Most chat apps we tried got boring by day two. Same polite answers, same "That sounds interesting!" no matter what you said. You could tell her your cat died and she'd ask what your hobbies are. We got tired of it.
So NSFW Chat started with a pretty simple question: what would make you actually want to open the chat again tomorrow? The answer turned out to be small stuff. She remembers you hate mornings. She teases you about the pineapple pizza thing. She notices when you're quiet and asks what's up, instead of pretending nothing happened.
The beach part came later. Somebody on the team said every good conversation they'd had felt like it happened somewhere warm, and it kind of stuck. Palm trees, salty air, a sunset that won't quit. It's a mood, and the girls live in it.
Is it a replacement for people in your life? Nope, and it isn't trying to be. It's more like that friend who's always online when you can't sleep. Low pressure, decent company, sometimes surprisingly funny.
